VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY!!!
We need volunteers with passion to help make COW FEST a huge success for the rescued animals of Asha's Farm Sanctuary! The event raises critical funds to care for these precious individuals and strongly encourages compassion for cows, and all farmed animals alike. COW FEST is receiving a huge amount of interest like we have never seen before. We expect to serve up to 1,000 visitors! Please help! We need you!!! Volunteers get a free vegan brunch and, if they don't have one already, a free t-shirt valued at $25. They also get plenty of time to see the rescued animals outside gated areas before and after their shift.*
VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
9:00AM-10AM
OPEN BRUNCH, GET T-SHIRT (IF NEEDED) & RECEIVE POST INFORMATION (INSIDE VISITING CENTER). VOLUNTEERS MAY ARRIVE ANY TIME BETWEEN THE ABOVE HOURS, BUT MUST PLAN ACCORDINGLY TO REPORT TO THEIR POST BY 10AM FOR TRAINING. *VOLUNTEERS SHOULD ALSO PLAN AHEAD IF THEY WISH TO WALK AROUND BARNS OUTSIDE OF GATED AREAS TO SEE THE ANIMALS DURING THIS TIME.

VOLUNTEERS REPORT TO POSTS & BEGIN TRAINING. *IF TRAINING FINISHED, VOLUNTEERS ARE FREE TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT OR DRINK AT OPEN BRUNCH IN VISITING CENTER OR WALK AROUND BARNS OUTSIDE OF GATED AREAS TO SEE THE ANIMALS.
10:45AM-3PM
VOLUNTEERS REPORT TO ASSIGNED POSTS
(FOOD AND BEVERAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY IN THE VISITING CENTER. VOLUNTEERS MAY TAKE A SHORT BREAK AS NEEDED TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT OR DRINK, ETC. AS EVENTS GET VERY HECTIC, PLEASE ENSURE TO COORDINATE WITH THE LEAD IN YOUR ASSIGNED AREA.)
OPTIONAL
4PM (OR UNTIL ALL CLEAN UP FINISHED)
*PRIVATE VOLUNTEER VISIT WITH THE RESCUED ANIMALS FOR THOSE THAT CHOOSE TO STAY THROUGH 4PM TO HELP CLEAN UP.
VOLUNTEERS THAT CANNOT STAY FOR CLEAN UP ARE INVITED BACK TO VISIT WITH THE RESCUED ANIMALS FREE OF CHARGE DURING OUR MEET A COW TOURS ON SUNDAYS IN 2024.
